Andy Ryder, Corporate Finance Partner of Shorts - Andy has over 15 years' Corporate Finance experience, principally gained at National firms PKF and subsequently BDO. He has advised on acquisitions and disposals across a range of sectors and deal sizes from <£1m up to £50m.

Matt Ainsworth, Corporate Partner – Irwin Mitchell LLP - Matt has over 13 years’ experience at national and international law firms advising on corporate finance, M&A and private equity transactions.  He has experience of advising on acquisitions and disposals across a wide range of areas but notably those in the manufacturing, digital and retail sectors.

Ian Flaxman, Director - Large Corporate, Global Trade & Receivables Finance - HSBC Bank - Ian has 18 years’ experience of providing funding solutions for businesses of all sizes. Ian has held senior roles with both high street banks and independent funders with a specialism in asset based lending.

Scott Burkinshaw, Tax Partner of Shorts - Scott has over 15 years' experience at national firms of accountants. He led the delivery locally of M&A tax services at Grant Thornton and BHP. He has significant experience of business disposals and acquisitions as well as undertaking Due Diligence assignments for banks and acquisitive companies on deals of up to £50m.
