This morning Shorts hosted the latest in a series of presentations in our Sheffield office; a seminar covering Management Buyouts. Guest speakers included Stuart Watson, Director of Corporate Transactions Team at RBS, Mary Broadhead, Investment Director of YFM Equity Partners & Paul Trudgill, Managing Partner of HLW Keeble Hawson.
Shorts Corporate Finance Partner Andy Ryder introduced the event, providing a broad overview of the Management Buyout process along with the guest speakers, in turn providing an insight into their views on what they are looking for on any potential Management Buyout transaction. We were delighted to welcome a mix of local business owners and management teams to this presentation, in what was a capacity event in our Sheffield seminar facilities.
