The Shorts team is very excited to have been shortlisted 6 times across 5 categories for the 2023 Insider South Yorkshire Dealmakers Awards.
It has been a great year for our Corporate Finance team, and we are thrilled to have this success recognised with the following award nominations.
- Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year
- Dealmaker of the Year: Andy Ryder
- (2x) Deal of the Year (£10m+): Acquisition of AML Juratek by Fras-le, and Management buyout of Wincro Metal Industries
- Equity Deal of the Year: Investment in Sitehop by Mercia
- Innovation Investment Award: Investment in Sitehop by Mercia
Following the announcement of the award nominations, Andy Ryder, Corporate Finance Partner at Shorts who is himself nominated for the Dealmaker of the Year Award, said:
