The Sheffield Staff were charmed by their furry guest and purchased every stuffed toy brought by the charity. Despite only 20 members of staff being in the office at the time, the Shorts team donated an impressive £151.  Shorts currently sponsor Diva, a disability assistance dog. Because of this we have been lucky to meet the acquaintance of two brilliant support dogs. Marley, who previously visited the Chesterfield Office and now the beautiful Goldie.  Support Dogs strive to achieve quality of life and independence for individuals with various medical conditions. The charity specialises in three specific programmes; autism assistance dogs, seizure alert dogs and disability assistance dogs.  We would like to give a huge thank you to Goldie and the Support Dog team for visiting our offices and enlightening us on the incredible work you do.  The Support Dogs rely solely on charitable donations, if you would like to find out more about the charity please[ follow the link. ](https://www.supportdogs.org.uk/) [Support Dogs ](https://www.supportdogs.org.uk/)   ![Goldie support dog stuffed toy photos](https://blog.shorts.uk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Goldie%20support%20dog%20stuffed%20toy%20photos.jpg?width=400&name=Goldie%20support%20dog%20stuffed%20toy%20photos.jpg)[![Goldie Support Dog](https://blog.shorts.uk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Goldie%20Support%20Dog.jpg?width=400&name=Goldie%20Support%20Dog.jpg)](https://www.supportdogs.org.uk/) [![Goldie support dog group photo](https://blog.shorts.uk.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Goldie%20support%20dog%20group%20photo.jpg?width=400&name=Goldie%20support%20dog%20group%20photo.jpg)](https://www.supportdogs.org.uk/)   Other relevant articles: - [Shorts' visit generates canine capers ](https://blog.shorts.uk.com/shorts-visit-from-the-canine-capers) - [Let's Get Fiscal Shorts' team takes part in Sparkle Walk](https://blog.shorts.uk.com/lets-get-fiscal-shorts-team-take-part-in-the-sparkle-walk) - [Mud filled weekend raises £1300 for charity](https://blog.shorts.uk.com/1300-for-charity-in-one-mud-filled-weekend)   ![author](https://blog.shorts.uk.com/hubfs/1678438830033-1.jpg) #### Jo Grant Jo is the Senior Marketing Manager at Shorts Chartered Accountants.
