Child 1st Nurseries have recently acquired Bakewell Nursery School from Jean and Chris Teale for an undisclosed sum. The nursery which last year retained its Outstanding Ofsted rating for the second consecutive inspection, is based in Bakewell and registered to care for 72 children.
All existing staff at the nursery have transferred over as part of the deal. Child 1st identified the business as a perfect fit with their 2 existing nurseries, with Stuart Harding the Company’s owner stating “Bakewell Nursery School had all the right attributes that we look for in terms of location, Ofsted registered number of children and the building itself.”
