Matt led the MBO of Juratek Ltd in 2019, subsequently growing the business to revenues of £20m+. In 2023 the business was successfully sold to Brazilian listed Company Fras - Le for £18.2m. He will talk about his journey through these transactions, how it felt and the lessons learnt.

Andrew successfully sold his business, T Allen Engineering Services Ltd, to an Employee Ownership Trust in February 2021. He will explain why he chose the EOT route and how both he and the other team members found the experience, both during the process and now that 2 years+ has passed.
