I am a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, having studied Advanced Certificates in the preparation of Wills, administration of Trusts and Estates, and the Taxation of the same. I am involved in all areas of Private Client, dealing with matters both during lifetime, and those arising following a death. My primary focus is on the preparation and drafting of legal documentation such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and all associated documentation, however, I am also heavily involved in the administration of estates.
