The team at Shorts are this morning celebrating multiple successes, after wins in no less than four categories at the Insider Dealmakers Awards last night.
It has been a great year for our Corporate Finance team, and we were delighted to have received nominations in five categories at this year's awards.
The winners were announced at a black-tie event at Sheffield City Hall on Thursday 8 June, hosted by comedian Fred MacAulay.
We are thrilled to have won the following
- Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year
- Deal of the Year (£10m+) Management buyout of Wincro Metal Industries
- Innovation Investment Award: Investment in Sitehop by Mercia
- Dealmaker of the Year: Andy Ryder
Following the successes of the evening, Andy Ryder, Corporate Finance Partner at Shorts (who also went on to win Dealmaker of the Year), said:
