Celebrating success at 2023 Insider Dealmakers Awards

The team at Shorts are this morning celebrating multiple successes, after wins in no less than four categories at the Insider Dealmakers Awards last night.

It has been a great year for our Corporate Finance team, and we were delighted to have received nominations in five categories at this year's awards.

The winners were announced at a black-tie event at Sheffield City Hall on Thursday 8 June, hosted by comedian Fred MacAulay.

We are thrilled to have won the following

Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year

Deal of the Year (£10m+) Management buyout of Wincro Metal Industries

Innovation Investment Award: Investment in Sitehop by Mercia

Dealmaker of the Year: Andy Ryder

Following the successes of the evening, Andy Ryder, Corporate Finance Partner at Shorts (who also went on to win Dealmaker of the Year), said:
