and we are delighted to congratulate David Crapper from Westfield Health on his success, winning this years award. Four individuals had been nominated for this award, alongside David Capper from Westfield Health, were;
- Allan Ogle of Cash for Kids (Bauer Radio's Cash for Kids Charities),
- Jonathan Seaton at Twinkl Educational Publishing
- and Chloe Watmore from Thermotex Engineering Ltd.
Partner Howard Freeman presented the award to David on behalf on Shorts. Howard commented “I am delighted that David won the Business person of the year award this year. The strength of the shortlist was testament to the quality and strength of business individuals within the Sheffield region and we wish all the shortlisted companies continued success into the future”
The Sheffield Business Awards are seen by many as one of the most prestigious events in the region. Organised by the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, businesses are given the opportunity to promote their achievements for the year and gain the recognition that they deserve. The black tie awards ceremony was held in the International Hall at the Ponds Forge and former BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker was the celebrity host for the evening. Attendees were entertained by acclaimed artist Paul Pashley who wowed the audience with his voice and showmanship.
We are also delighted to have this year won the award for Excellence in Professional Services and we would extend our congratulations to all finalists and winners at this years awards.
